As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, access to traditional healthcare and medical treatment is limited. Gray Ghost Solutions was asked to create a plan to create and staff an executive medicine program that would provide concierge critical care during this period.
We understand that patients face numerous times, privacy, and security demands required of their positions. Our plan provided access to all of a patient’s health care needs and/or to arrange care with other qualified professionals. This included coordination of preventive and specialty care, treatment of acute and chronic illness and case management services.

Southwellness partnered with Gray Ghost Solutions to establish three COVID-19 test sites during the height of the pandemic in Phoenix. G2 specializes in providing medical support in difficult environments, this time in the Arizona desert during August. We provided the critical functions of planning, logistics, and coordination. During the events, G2 supervised set up, operations, and tear down, concluding successful testing events.
Gray Ghost Solutions created a medical support plan for a discreet event on a remote arctic island. The event involved medium-risk transport, operation of sensitive equipment, and employment of personnel for up to three weeks in near isolation. Gray Ghost evaluated risks to the client’s event (including international political considerations), existing infrastructure on the island, distances, and external support requirements to create a viable plan that included contingency support from four locations in two countries.
